SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
International Orders:
Ship First Class USPS and can take up to 4 weeks to receive.
We do not provide tracking for international orders in select countries with First Class mail.
Please order ahead of time to ensure your items arrive on time

Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
We try to make sure all of our items are top quality.
However, if there is something we missed, we will exchange that item for a new one.
Please contact us before trying to return an item.
You must return the item within a week of recieving the shipment, in new condition, unwashed, and in original packaging.
We highly encourage you to insure your package, as Ojito de Mamá will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment.
We don't accept cancellations.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Because of the nature of custom or personalized orders, can't be returned or exchanged.
